Campaigns
Bulk sends from an Excel or CSV file, with per-recipient variables and scheduling.
Creating a campaign
Open the composer
Campaigns, then New campaign. A two-column form opens.
Upload the file first
The file must have a column named telefone holding the numbers. Uploading is what reveals the available columns as variables.
Write the message
With personalisation on, type @ and every column detected in the file appears. Pick one and it is substituted at send time.
Configure and send
Pick the device (it has to be online), name the campaign, and send now or schedule a date and time.
Accented characters double the cost
An SMS counts septets, not characters. The GSM alphabet gives you 160 characters, but it does not include ã, õ, á, â, ê, í, ó, ô, ú or ç. A single one of them switches the whole message to Unicode and drops the limit to 70. One accented word can more than double the cost of a campaign. The composer warns you and converts with one click.
