Frequently asked questions.

Won't my carrier block me?
Unlimited SMS plans come with fair-use policies, which is why DroidSender sends at human pace (with spacing between messages) and spreads large campaigns across several devices. We recommend starting slow and raising volume gradually: we're telling you this before you pay, not after.
What mobile plan do I need?
Any plan with unlimited SMS, which is the common one almost everywhere. The cost of the messages is your mobile plan, which you already pay: there is no per-SMS cost on the platform.
Does the phone have to stay on?
To send, yes: powered on and with signal. If it drops offline mid-campaign the queue waits and resumes when it's back, and the dashboard shows you the status and battery of every device. For large campaigns, leave it on the charger.
Where do customer replies arrive?
In the unified web inbox, synced with the phone. You answer from your computer and the message goes out from your number, in the same thread the customer already knows.
What if I want to leave?
You cancel in one click, with no lock-in, and your contacts and conversations are yours: export them whenever you like. And in the first 30 days, if DroidSender isn't for you, we refund you with no questions asked.
