Linking the phone to your account is what makes the device show up on the dashboard.
The syncing process
Open the app
The sign-in screen appears.
Sign in
Use the Google credentials of the same account as the platform.
Grant the permissions
SMS, contacts and notifications. Accept all of them for everything to work.
Done
The device shows up on the web dashboard and can already send from the conversations page.
Checking the status
The Devices page shows every connected phone, whether it is online, its battery and its last activity. An offline device does not send, and campaigns scheduled on that device wait.
The last 90 days of conversations are imported
The first sync can take a few minutes. A progress bar shows while it runs.
